Fairmount Homes offers a continuum of living options including Cottages, Apartments, Residential Living Suites, Personal Care, Health Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, and Fairmount at Home, a home maker/caregiver service that provides assistance with daily living tasks to residential living residents on campus and into the local community.

Fairmount’s rural campus on a beautiful hill with panoramic views of the surrounding farmland offers the best of life in a peaceful, country setting with quick and convenient access to nearby urban amenities and medical services. The community is home to exercise and activity rooms and classes, libraries, computer nooks, walking trails, gift shops, a museum, bookstore, wood shop, various dining options, several weight loss programs (TOPS), and more. Scheduled trips are offered.
Wellness/Life Enrichment Programs
Fairmount’s 50+ acre campus provides opportunities to enjoy a wide range of activities and services that promote fitness and enhance one’s sense of well being. Removing the responsibilities of home ownership allows residents to focus their energy on travel, family, or other interests. Opportunities for volunteering are numerous both on campus and in the surrounding area. A faith-based community, Fairmount offers a variety of religious services, in addition to a chaplain and campus choir.
